Our Search Process

Before starting an assignment, we invest considerable time in getting to know the client's company, its corporate culture, staff, products, and business strategy. The search begins with a client consultation to determine job specifications, desired personal characteristics,and special cultural, organizational needs and requirements. most promising candidates are screened and The interviewed. Plans to choose:

A. 50 % of the candidate's salary has to be given by the employer.

B. 50% of the candidate's salary has to be given by the candidate.

C. 25% of the candidate's salary has to be given by both the employer and candidate.

D. 100% of the candidate's salary has to be given by the employer.

Free replacement

Jobsbank.in will provide free replacement of the candidate placed by Jobsbank.in if he/she leaves the organization within 90 days from the placement date only if the choosen plan is Plan D.
